Two main principles should be implemented in any institutional govt:

1. Cost saving minded >> anything that less value added should be minimized

2. High tech is important for improvement >> for technology, cost saving minded must not be used, see the big picture on how big the saving will incur from the new-tech used. Don't be silly-narrow-minded person.

This actually shows your degree of openness to change.

1       Try hard not to choose because of likes and dislikes, do choose them because of their capabily

>> This is hard, yes so hard, especially when u don’t like the person :P

>> but surely, please be objective

>> no matter people do choose because of likes and dislikes, when it comes to you, try to be objective, at least do consider his/her capability first
